Our preference is to use commercial grade LED, C9 and miniature light strands. This insures greater reliability as well as a custom fit for your home.

Installation begins as early as the middle of October. For many of our clients, they want the lights up by Thanksgiving. We can always do our best to adjust your desired schedule as needed. Removal begins the 2nd week of January.

That depends. Most of the time our customers prefer to store their own lights at their home. We do offer the service to store lights at our facility if that is preferred. That service is $25 per bin for the year.

Yes. If you have existing lights we can install those for you. However if the lights are older or have other issues we highly recommend letting us install our high grade lights to replace your existing ones. This is especially encouraged in the chance that you still have older incadecent strands. New LED strands are way more efficient.

Christmas light installation is priced based on the size and complexity of each property. Factors include roofline length, number of stories, type of lights, trees, landscaping and the overall design.
Ballpark rates by home size look like this:
Single-Story Home: $220 to $500
Two-Story Home: $800 to $1,200
Three-Story or Large Estate: $1,500 to $5,000+
The rate varies but our general cost per linear foot is
Labor Only: $3-5 -Hanging customer-owned lights. Takedown may cost extra.
Full-Service Package: $5 to $10 -Commercial light purchase, custom fitting, labor, takedown, and storage.
